Shipping and Returns: Your doll is made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of your order. Returns are accepted only if item is defective, incorrect or damaged in transit. Buyer is responsible for returning doll to the Jig Doll Shop at buyer's expense. Upon receipt, a replacement doll of the same type will be sent to the buyer at the Jig Shop's expense.
